“What appealed to me about the bags was it even had the compostable stamp on the bottom to verify that it is earth-friendly,” she explains. “We’ve gotten so many compliments on the coffee bag.” Rachel uses two versions of FPW carry out coffee bags for her two main sizes of products, 1 lb. Natural Kraft Tin Tie Paper Coffee Bags with Window TN-4PLA and the ½ lb CN-6WIN. CN-6WIN bag suits her smaller size and 1 lb is perfect for her largest portion of grahams, she says.
Rachel notes that customers also appreciate the clear window in the front of each bag, letting them see the kind of graham crackers they’re seeking.
“When you’re buying fresh baked goods it’s always nice to see what you’re purchasing,” Rachel observes. “It’s that extra eye-appealing quality that makes a big difference.”
Grateful Graham’s grahams themselves come in different widths as well and the window allows the customer to find the exact type of graham they’re looking for. “We have people who would search specifically for the thinnest kind of grahams if that’s their favorite.”
Rachel’s business has operated for one year and has expanded quickly.
Available in over 30 stores, Grateful Grahams is now featured in the Whole Foods Markets in her region. She says her bakery supplies experience at FPW has assisted her increasing business. “We’ve definitely had a good experience, and FPW has been very quick to respond to any questions.” The ease of ordering has also been a welcome part of doing business. “It’s nice to be able to do it all online. It’s a lot easier. I don’t have to worry about calling in every time to place an order.”
As Rachel’s business takes to new heights, so will FoodPackagingWarehouse.com’s bakery items. In addition to paper coffee bags, bread bags, bakery sheets. Visit and view all bakery supplies.

We recently spotted the new article from QSR magazine online, “Catering to Change,” describing the benefits of offering a catering service to diners. The industry trend, QSR reports, shows that many sit-down restaurants are adding catering to their list of serving options. New catering businesses are also sprouting up as the popularity of stylish take-out food grows, the recent report claims.
Along with bakeries and take out restaurants customers (to name a few), FPW is glad to offer many resources for caterers. In fact we rolled out a new disposable catering supplies line that includes serving utensils, disposable drinkware and popular plastic cutlery. In an effort to provide a full take out food packaging for our customers, FPW continues to add new carry out items and to go food containers. Stay tuned for more wholesale food packaging in 2011!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
FoodPackagingWarehouse.com EARNS BBB ACCREDITATION
Lyons, IL – March 1, 2011 – Becoming an Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau is an honor not accorded to all businesses; because not all businesses meet eligibility standards. FoodPackagingWarehouse.com is pleased to announce today that it has met all BBB standards and is now an Accredited Business.
“Accreditation in the BBB is by invitation only” says Steve J. Bernas, president & CEO of the Better Business Bureau serving Chicago and Northern Illinois. “And only those businesses that meet our high standards, and pass the review process are approved by our Board of Directors”.
As with all businesses that are accredited by the BBB, FoodPackagingWarehouse.com has committed to the BBB Code of Business Practices. The Code is a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and best practices on how businesses treat consumers. These standards call for building trust, embodying integrity, advertising honestly and being truthful. Bernas adds “To maintain their accreditation a business must be transparent, honor their promises, be responsive to their customers, and safeguard their privacy.”
“We are proud to be a BBB Accredited Business,” said Chia-Chen Wang, Marketing Manager of FoodPackagingWarehouse.com. “In today’s world it is imperative that our customers know how seriously we take our commitment to excellence and good customer service. Our achieving BBB Accreditation exemplifies that goal.”
FoodPackagingWarehouse.com recently celebrated its third year offering consumers the best in takeout food containers and packaging. “Our desire is to stay focused on what we do best; provide outstanding products and unsurpassed customer service,” said Chia-Chen Wang.
In Bigfork, Montana FoodPackagingWarehouse.com customer Chef Joshua Auerhammer serves a unique and ever-evolving menu for dine in or take out.
His well-liked boutique restaurant, Culinary Design Studio, offers catering, carry out and private dining presentations in an array of styles including Tuscan, Thai, Cuban and Indian. He says when it came to packaging and preserving his distinctive meals, he needed a container that could fit the wide range of his restaurant’s needs.
He serves lunch entrees in his exclusive 16-seat restaurant with a hot soup and cold salad. Joshua uses the 22 oz soup bowls for each of his side dishes.
The plastic soup bowls from Sterling King Products comes in a base and lid combo and Joshua says the fit of the two makes carry out hassle free. “The lids are nice and secure so they keep the soup very hot for a long time,” Joshua explains.
After seeing the winning features of the bowls, he has found a new way to give his customers added convenience. “I use the bowls as a doggie bag at dinner hour,” he adds. “They’re microwaveable so my customers can pop the container with their food into the microwave the next day.”
Recyclable and microwaveable plastic soup bowls, he believes, are appealing to his earth-conscious customers. “Since they’re reusable, my customers are very interested, they take notice of that for sure.”
In keeping with his always-changing cuisine, Joshua’s menu for the holidays features a Hungarian entrée, red lentil and root vegetable soup with a cinnamon ice cream dessert.
He remarks that the material in B22 bowls has made an impression on his customers. “Because they’re super durable people use the bowls as an alternative to Tupperware or Gladware, I use them all over the place.”
Joshua says that since he’s been buying take out containers online at FoodPackagingWarehouse.com he’s found reliable service and dependable delivery times. “The site is really easy to use, the products are excellent and the shipments are really quick,” Joshua says. He also notes that FPW’s take out soup bowl containers are unique in the marketplace, saying “I can’t find this product anywhere else.”
